Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

But I want to know that how can i receive my passports from Canada Embassy Islamabad since I am living in Saudi Arabia, Because in Pakistan no body can send Passports via postal mail or courier service out of the country.
I am very confused regarding this matter.

PPR1 AND PPR2 LETTERS ARE FOR THOSE PAKISTANI APPLICANT WHO ARE LIVING IN PAKISTAN, THOSE WHO LIVING OUTSIDE PAKISTAN LIKE YOU, THEY ARE NORMALLY RECEIVE PPR I-E TO SUBMIT THEIR PASSPORT DIRECTLY TO CHC LDN OFFICE.

is there any problem if I land in winter season with kids?

No problems, you must land BEFORE Visa expires.

Make sure you dress for the weather, that's all. Weather info is available on the internet easily for checking.

The sooner you land, the sooner you can begin your settlement process.
Airline prices are much better in Winter than the summer, summer ticket prices are VERY high

You won't get PPR1 & PPR2, you will just get a single PPR to send passports to directly to London, if your Saudi address is updated with CIC. Make sure all your family is with you, as you need to send all the passports in one package.

Hi Comrades! After approximately 3 years, 8 months and 15 days I finally and mercifully got my Visa and COPR today. There is a brown colored envelop in the package with my name file number and my visa officer's name on it. I am wondering what is in this envelop. Any clues?
