They do not send it directly to LVO. Instead, they first send it to New Delhi by DHL. If at least 10 days have been passed to your medicals, you can call them on the same number of Islamabad and provide them your details and they will tell you the DHL tracking number.

Here, i would suggest you to keep track of it and when delivered to the New Delhi office, take a snapshot of it and keep it in your records. I have heard about one case where they have got some problems and the Delhi office delayed the reports to the LVO and as a result, LVO rejected the case of the applicant by citing the reason that the medicals have not been submitted on time but when the applicant produced all the records, they have reversed their decision and opened the case again. Also, take very much care of the receipt which is issued to you by IMO on the medical day because that is the only physical proof with you through which you can show that you have appeared in the medicals. Plus 1 for me :D

Thanks Rizmayo. I tried that but they are no more giving telephonic appointments and the computer replies that if you need an appointment for canadian health assessment, send us an email. I talked to the operator she guided me to send a query through email, which i did twice, yet to receive a reply from their end. Any ways, thanks for your views. Regards.

I also sent an email (CANMEDPK@iom.int) in addition to the phone call.

I got a reply back in one working day along with DHL tracking number.

Remember to mention your passport number and date of medicals.

As per my information, the only requirement for the funds is that at the time of the issuance of the bank statement, your statement must show sufficient amount (as provided on cic's website). It is not necessary to maintain it for a specific period of time but i would suggest you that in order to make your bank statement credible, ask your bank to issue you a "account maintenance certificate". In this certificate (which is issued with the signature of the branch manager), the bank specifies your length of relationship with the bank like Mr. ABC or XYZ is maintaining this bank account since XXX years or months and they also mention the balance at the time of the issuance of the account maintenance certificate. Although, its a single sheet of paper but usually used for visa purposes and also creates credibility of the bank statement.

THANKS VERY MUCH FSAROSH...
BUT I SAW A MEDICAL REQUEST FOR RECENT CASE FSWP 2013, VO ASKED FOR 6 MONTHS STATEMENT.

MY QUESTION IS IF MY STATEMENT IS LESS THAN OF 6 MONTHS THEN WHAT IMPACT COULD BE ON MY APPLICATION? THIS IS A BIG BIG CONCERN I AM THINKING ABOUT RIGHT NOW.

Thanks brother, i hope this email address will work for me. Regards.

QueryRequest & Ffrosh
maintaining funds are as important as passing security or eligibility, funds are also part of the same passing criteria. therefore don't take the risk, until funds section is passed such as eligibility.
VO can ask you any time after processing has been satrted line appears in the e-cas. first time only total funds showing is Ok but later not.

Don't worry, everybody in this forum is excited about the strike ending. However no one realized that, because of the strike permanent resident cases were being prioritized, however now that all visas are being dealt with by CHC, it is bound to delay our cases.

I did my 5 months baby medical last week, IOM refer to child specialist for opinion because they said your baby is developmental delay..... i got medical report from a child specialist mentioned as by Dr.

MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATE

I certify that I have carefully examined Baby Girl _____ daughter of ______ Based on the clinical & physical examination, I certify that she is in normal state of

Health with mild to moderate delayed millstones and free from any communicable or non communicable disease/illness or physical defects/infirmity which may interfere with
her the active outdoor activities.

The immunization status and records are up-to date as per Universal Immunization Programme (UIP)/ IAP Immunization Schedule.

In my opinion, the baby examined is in a state of good physical and mental health and there is nothing to disqualify her on medical grounds from the purpose for which this
certificate is issued.

Name & signature of the Medical Officer
with seal and registration number

there any chance to reject my case. i done my family members medical on sept 2012 in jan i got my PPR1
