What does this means?

My family and I had our re medical on the 22nd of August. We were also asked to submit updated police certificates. Now my e cas shows the local address for our lawyer in Pakistan whereas till now it showed his Canadian address for correspondence. Is this significant or is this a routine update as well?

if you are dealing through consultant, then no issues for you, it is consultant issue. but if u have canceled consultant then write email to VO for your new address, whatever they change or not again it will be their problem and not your.

ON 16 JULY, 2013 I RECEIVED PPR1 VIA E-MAIL AND THEN I SENT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ON 12 AUGUST, 2013 AND THESE DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED IN LDN OFFICE ON 16 AUGUST, 2013. TODAY MY CASE STATUS IS CHANGE FROM IN PROCESS TO DECISION MADE AND A NEW LINE IS ADDED TO MY E-CAS "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision".

I know this is common practice that is done by Sun Consultants in Karachi, maybe your lawyer follows the same practice.
