Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

Dear Seniors / Forum members

By the blessing of Allah Almighty i have received PPR1 last week. There are two questions:

1) Is the information chart to be filled manually.
2) Email shows two requiremnets, one the photocopies of passport. Second the information chart.

But then it says send the " three items " within 30 days. The third item i could not find? whether these are Photographs? but photographs are not mentioned in email and attachment.

I need your suggestion please.

2) Email shows two requiremnets, one the photocopies of passport. Second the information chart. Third print of that PPR1 letter.

But then it says send the " three items " within 30 days. The third item i could not find? whether these are Photographs? but photographs are not mentioned in email and attachment.

I need your suggestion please.

yes, they need three things at this time. (1) 2 photographs as their requirement, (2) passport with clearly mentioned first name and surname in the biodata page and with 2 spare pages and (3) upto date information chart.

Thanks for your reply, but i understand as 2Calgary also told, photographs are not required in my case.

vagur, then they will use ur old photographs what u submitted before. But, photograph at this stsge is as importsnt as ur upto date information chart.i wud submit what they ask for if were u.

I have done medical 2nd week of dec 2012, sent CSI and received the following reply 2 weeks b4..

Thank you for your email regarding your application for permanent residence to Canada.

We are currently awaiting the results of your spouse's and dependant's medical examination results from New Delhi. We will be in contact once these have been received.

Qouted the previous mail above and I received the following mail from LVO yesterday in response to my CSI....

"We are currently following up with New Delhi with your medical examination's results. Once they have sent the results to us we will be in contact with further instructions for the processing of your file.

Kind regards, "

I could not understand it, have they received the results or still waiting for it????? any1 can help me????

LVO contacting Delhi office again... its a good sign.. they may retrieve your family's med results this time...best of luck
DXS didnot answer my second query about whether they received my son's med from Delhi or not.. i am just confused if i should hold myself back a bit or send query again... its been over a month since last query...
IOM also not responding to my request for tracking number as to when my family's med results were sent to Delhi... however i am going to shoot another mail to them..

ONE- photocopies of passport TWO- information chart THREE- 2 photographs of each family member who is in your file AND a copy of PPR-1 send these with in 30 days.

I (NOC 3112, Initial application: Mar 10)did my medicals(family of 4) in Nov 12. Despatched forms, ppc in the same month. In Feb 13 despatched landing fee and other documents(birth certificates+marriage certificate). Since then no ppr 1. Even 8th month of tiring wait has started. Upon my email inquiry LVO replied that background checks are undergoing which can take several months. Moreover they have assigned me another file no (E000------).
Can someone comment on this extra ordinary delay? And why this 2nd file no has been alloted??

if asked (photos) then send otherwise no need......
