Dear all please guide me about the updated information chart, only 1 chart should be submitted and signed by PA, or every family member should fill the form seaparately ??? I will appreciate your guidence...

Allhamdullillah i recieved my ppr today, my time line as below
Applied sep 2009
Medical aug 2012
Spouse addition dec 2012
Spouse medical jan 2013
Ppr today( since i am residing in uae we have only one ppr)

I have a question about updated family chart, it says that it should be fully completed for you and each accompnying family member, since in my case me and my spouse are in the application, should i fill 2 forms one signed by me and the other one signed by my spouse? Or only one form signed by me as a principal applicant is sufficent ?

My e-cas status has been changed to "Decision Made" but mailing address is still of Pakistan.

Plz suggest if it is normal after getting PPR-2 (I've already sent passports for visa stamping at Islamabad VO).
