On Saturday, my mother told me that she doesn't think that the process would move quickly now. I told her that I am hopeful and a few mins later, i got to know that PPR1 has been received.

Medical aug 2012
Spouse addition dec 2012
Spouse medical jan 2013
Ppr today( since i am residing in uae we have only one ppr)

I have a question about updated family chart, it says that it should be fully completed for you and each accompnying family member, since in my case me and my spouse are in the application, should i fill 2 forms one signed by me and the other one signed by my spouse? Or only one form signed by me as a principal applicant is sufficent ?
