Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

I have a question:
Do we need to send passport to islamabad using regular tcs service or should it sent through tcs visatronix?

I just went to the TCS office and told them that i need to send in my passport. they asked me for 350 Rupees which i paid and thats it so honestly I dunt know
