After recieving this email and inspite of this that i sent enquiry to lvo that i done my medical at IOM ISLAMABAD ON 18TH OF DECEMBER 2012 ALONG WITH SCANNING THE DHL TRACKING RECIEPT I HAVANT HEARD ANY THING FROM LVO WHAT SHOULD I DO KNOW AS THE DEADLINE MENTIONED IN THE EMAIL ARE CLOSING AND IT REMAINS ONLY 18 DAYS.

In your CSE what file no you mentioned? B------- or E-------
Please mention new file no starting with B most probably.
If u have already mentioned Newfile no. Then contact IOM Islamabad and show them email print.

i never got the reply to three CSE i sent to LVO to confirm medicals done. i think if u have already sent the IOM receipt and courier delivery report then there is no need to worry. even if Visa Office are unable to trace the medicals u will get fresh instructions to do so.
secondly i did contact IOM in my case to send VO the duplicate of my results. they replied tht they can do so but only when instructed by immigration authority.
i am very much sure tht ur medicals must have been traced. to b on the safe side ask IOM for duplicate and whtever they reply send it to LVO as well.
