I am in same boat, please share me if you get answer from anyone.

Immediately send them an email marking it "Urgent & Important" in the subject line of the email and explain them the situation. Ask them to return your documents by courier service as soon as possible and also inform them that this is creating problem in your departure. Also, tell them that you will pay for the courier so they will send your docs by TCS and the TCS office here in Pakistan will hand you over the docs after receiving the charges.

Hi Samar,

Send VO a CSI and ask for ur original docs back. Thats the only way, and I did the same. I told them my urgency and on 13th day, my docs were in my hands.

I received my original docs on 13th Apr 2013.

Please note that I got PPR2 directly (LVO office skipped PPR1) on 21-Mar-2013 but Islamabad office did not issue visa because my passports were no more valid as I had applied for renewal of passports. Later on LVO issued me PPR1 on 02-Apr-2013.
