Very shameful indeed. :(

This is what I received! I got my medical done in Aug 2012.......what are the chances of re-medical in my case since its already April!

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Please be advised that your application is currently awaiting review by
an immigration officer following the completion of initial background
checks. We will be in contact with further information once this review
has taken place.

Medical results have been assessed and are valid until 31-08-2013.

Yours sincerely,

JMR
Program Assistant/Adjointe de programme

Salam everyone,
Does anyone know if JMR ever gives anyone good answers?
I applied FSW LVO on 2 Nov 2011.Did medical on 31 Oct,2012.Medical updated on ECAS within one month.Police certificates sent at same time. All the paperwork complete and now no news since then.Every time I ask by email I get the same reply your file is in cue for review by immigration officer. It has been in cue since Jan.Two days back when i inquired how long before it will be reviewed i got reply " hopefully in next two months" What is going on?
From what iv read here JMR is saying that to everyone. can anyone give any info? Im so depressed.......

i dont know much about the way of workin of visa officers. but i think tht JMR concluded the case of number of applicants just recently. mayb they have a set of assignment to finish n after its over they go over to the next batch.
its just a hunch but hopefully u shud be hearing somethin very positive within a month from him. good luck!

Dear All

i have a query. i was asked to submit passport copies in the PPR1 mail. i did tht but i didnt get it notarized as nowhere in the mail it was mentioned tht it shud b notarized.
but i read a comment somewhere else tht the copies shud be notarized. is there anyone whose passport copy was accepted without being notarized?

regards
Dear, you did right, i submitted only copies of the passport during PPR1 and received same copies back along with Passport and COPR :)

You did the right thing by following the requirements only. I got the visa alhamdulillah by following the hard written instructions only. The forum is for guidance only and you are the judge. Precisely, i also didn't send notorised passport copy and i am visa holder now.

Dont worry about this put away thing. I had this twice in my gcms n both time it didnt delay the process apparently. First it was medical after 1.5 month of gcms n next time ppr1 after 18 days of gcms. I dont know but just mayb a file is given this status when it is not worked upon either when some requested documents are awaited or when the file is about to go into next stage of processing. Good luck.
