dear all
i have question for those who have experienced remedicals. if any.
if there is a case of remedicals after how many days of the initial medical test do we get the remedical request usually?
me medicals reached LVO on 28th of Dec n so far i havent recieved the 'medical received line' so i was just wondering if there is some issue with my medicals.
i will appreciate any replies.

If there is a problem with the medicals you get a notification in a months time , but looks like that you'v way crossed far enough to almost getting the third line of medicals recieved any day now inshallah .

Now a days, addition of 'medical received' line in status is not a must. I have noticed many people in this forum who got visa without 'medical received' line in their status.

If your medical results have reached LVO, it means your tests are clear.

There are two possible stages where applicant can be called for re-medical. One phase is where test results are evaluated by local doctors. If local authorities clear test results then next assessment is done at regional medical center ( e.g. it is New Dehli in case of Pakistani & Indian applicants).

I haven't even heard of a single case where applicant was called for re-medicals after reaching his/her results at LVO.

BTW--- how did you come to know that your medical results reached LVO 28-Dec-2012 ??

thanx ashraf! fact is tht i really dont know if the results have reached LVO. i figured tht medical assessment is done at ND n they just update the results to LVO. the reached ND on 28th Dec.
i did send them a CSE asking whether the results have been received but so far there has been no reply.

I am really happy for you..
my timeline is very similar to yours and we have exchanged messages in the past as well..
i applied back in Nov of 2010 as well.. i use to see how difficult this entire process has been for u, as u were waiting for such a loing time to get your MR and also had to go for the interview..
somehow i got my MR back in August 2012 and got it don in Sept 2012 but still waiting for my PPR2 for over three months now..
i often use to think that it must be soo hard for u to wait for soo long when people similar to your timeline are getting their MMR, PPR1 etc..
but in the end Mashallah u r moving a head and soon will be in canada!!
so what city r u planning to move to? and did u get PPR2 via email?
what is the date of the email?

Thank you for your helpand and support. I think one should not never get depressed or dejected as what ever happens, happens for the best and it is God who knows what is best for us and when.
I plan to land in Toronoto and stay there .

My E-cas status is still In Process, no line added for medicals or decision made as yet.

Ha ha ha .... My passports have been in chc Islamabad since the past 27 days now !!!! they are really slow ! And im getting worried now cuz I see most of the ppl have been getting visas back from chc Isb in 8 to 14 days max time ?!!

under what category u have applied .... bcuz i think they process case to case in chc islamabad

Dear I have gone remedicals 1month of my first medicals thn there is another furtherance after second medical and after 14 months of my first medicals because that mdical expire I have gone for the whole process again and Alhamdolillah it cleared again ,if medical received line did not appear dont worry it wont appear in some cases even after the visas ,and probably you have cleared the tests inshallah dont worry and trust in God.please note if God forbid one didn't clear the medicals s/he recived the furtherance letter with in 4 to 6 weeks from new dehli.

Thanks for the information regarding remadicals, actually my medical is expiring on 13 Feb 2013 and I am waiting for PPR 1. So, this means the LVO will ask for remedical to me as well. So did you went through the whole process again and was the medical in the same hospital of different. I did mine in Islamabad. Secondly, is there is any precautionary measure for medicals????
