Guys need expert opinion.
1) Can i mention cash in Goods to follow list for future? As i ll be transferring CAD dollar five hundred thousand(500,000) inshalla in future, selling my property and buying a house in Canada? should i mention cash in goods to follow list?

2)Secondly what is the rate of conversion in canada if US dollar is converted into canadian dollar?

Hi Dear,
Ref to the ur query below is the reply regarding transfer of Money:

1. What ever amount in any form you bring to Canada there is no limitation.
2. You only need to declare the amount at airport.
3. If you intend to bring the amount later on some time so there is no need to declare.
4. If you are planning to go back to Pak and sell ur propery and then bring that mney to CA, then what you do is get the value estimated of your property when you are moving to CA. and keep that doc with you for future use.
5. Now when you come back to Pak and sell the property and take the money to CA make sure you get ur property re assessed at the time of selling, as when in Canada later on the Taxation / revenue you need to justify the money late on came to CA.
Please note there is certain %tge on the capital gain so u will have to pay the tax on amount.

If still the above is not clear do ask me again to clarify.
