I think photos are already provided in PPR1. It doesn't seem logical to ask for again after a month.
In some cases they didnt ask in PPR1, but they asked in PPR2

I have made Passport for my daughter when she was one year old. Now her age is four & half years while the Passport is going to expire in 2015. Please advice, I should make new passport for her or not as her picture is totally different now and I hope to get MR soon.

u need not worry and no no need for making a new passport ( which is also not possiblt since there is alot of time in its expiry )

As far as ur concern is related for the pic i had the similar scenario wd my daughter but the MR forms wud have a recent pic of her that u submitted lately or if nt yet they will ask for it.
And same goes for the VISa they will ask for recent pics not older than 6 months for all ur family and that is the one to be used on ur VISA In Shaa Allah :)
HAve a good day!

Yes... There is a strong possibility that you will your stamped passports on time. However I am afraid you will have to worry about ticket arrangements (Due to christmas). Generally PPR1-PPR2 takes 4-6 weeks (since the date of PPR1 issuance date) and PPR2-Stamped visa takes 10-30 days (since the date of PPR2 issuance date).
