Yes, I got same person "EMANUEL" signed when my courier packet delivered CHC, London. I am also waiting for PPR2. I have noticed usualy they take 6-8 weeks between PPR1 - PPR2.

Mine too received by same person. Now a days PPR-2 takes 3-5 weeks.

I sent my PPR1 on 16 Oct and received there on 18 Oct 2012. it was received by IAN

Thanks so much Khalid civil and mightyechoes! This whole experience has made me realise that the timing of all this is all up to God.. and HE knows best when it will be better for us to leave.. We spent years waiting for the next step for the process.. and now suddenly.. in 4 days i received the visa.. God knows best. Everyone have faith and dont lose heart..
