Dear Beckett/ All seniors,

Please advise on below:

My child medical was done in July-2012 from IOM Karachi. I have received email from LVO on September 21, 2012.

This email serves as a reminder for the following which should be submitted within 15 days:

-medical results for your youngest child **we do not have the results for this child in our system. Our Medical Section in New Delhi advise that results for three family members only were received at their office**
I have send IOM slip and DHL tracking to LVO on September 23,2012. As per DHL tracking my child medical result received at Medical section New Delhi on 25-July-2012.

After my CSI twice LVO replied on October 11, 2012

"Thank you for your email. I have followed up again today with our Medical Section. I will contact you again as soon as I have some information."
I spoke to IOM Islamabad to re-send the copy of my child medical, but they told me that we can provide only upon request of Medical Section New Delhi.

Is there any way to contact Medical Section (New Delhi) directly? if yes, please provide email/ phone number if you have any.

The reply that you got from LVO is satisfactory. Just wait for a few days. They are on it. If you had not heard anything at all from LVO, then it might have been worrying.
I think that within a few days they will get back to you after contacting New Delhi. I am sure they will locate the misplaced/unsent medical. Try not to worry.
