Thanks to His Mighty Allah, Today just few hours ago I received my PPR1. This can only be possible by sending CSI few days ago. may be 4-5 days ago.

I am analyzing for last two months , If in one week PPR1 comes in bulk then in next consecutive 2 weeks there is a full silence

I have been observing the PPR flow and in my limited understanding the way they are sending PPR's. Application submission date has more weight than medical date and there is nothing to do with such delays they have a limited quota of week and they using background check just as a delay factor.
All this is just a hunch and observation I don't have anything to prove me theory.

But you know why I think medical date is important because our Visa Expiry is dependant on it .

I feel that they have created a case que based on Application Date and some other factor which I am unable to put my finger on. They haven't taken any new cases in 2012, I have even heard that they have returned the application they recieved in 2012.
So they might be in a position to have an actual figure of application prior to 2012 and they have put them in some sort of que. And I hope that till the end of this year(one year medical time line) they will issue PPR to most or all of the applicants who have submitted additional documents, Medical and the fee.
Again all of this is just an assumption, and if you like you can sort the data of AMH on application date and you can see the trend by yourself.
