Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

Dear all,

Please see my time line.
my medical done in march2012.
but still i have not received PPR1.
people who have done medical after me are receiving it.
i am bit worried .last time when i connect LVO they write me that they are waiting for results of backgrounds check.
i don,t know how much time it will take,now it is the seventh month in progress but again no news.
can any body help me???? i am very much desperate and confused from all these situation.

Thanks to all members on the forum at least this forum makes us alive and create hope.

dont lose ur hope dear! there r many 2009 applicants who have received 6-12 months holding letters u can check this link http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/thoz-who-got-612-months-wait-letter-t103103.0.html daily they r talking about document req and medicals,they r also our friends,we r lucky atleast we have received our medicals and we will receive visa inshAllah soon.

By the Grace of God I ve received ppr1 yesterday. I woukd appreciate if anyone could ans my queries
1. Can I send them photos previoysly sent with medicals almost 5-6months back.
2. I want to change my email and ph, is it appropriate to mention new ph and email on the bio data table. If not then how.
3. How many pages of pp are to sent.
4. Is there need of a cover letter as there is only one pager biodata table required (should it be signed only)

First of all Congrats!
1- Send them recent photos.
2- Mention new phone number & email on bio data page.
3- CIC only requires bio data page but if you want you can send signature page.
4- Better to send cover letter mentioning new email and phone number.

Good news,
I have got my PPR 1 today.Medical was done on March 31, 2012 and full documents were submitted on May 26, 2010. Hope to hear the same news from you soon. ;D 8)
