Dear what I conclude from your post that Friday is the last day of the week when we expect an email from LVO. It follows 2 days off isn't it?

I am glad to share that Alhamdulillah I have got PPR1 today around 1 hour back. They allowed 45 days to submit documents.

Adding to your point of quota, i personally think month-end data and specially quarter-end figures are quite instrumental. The vo will try their best to show best figures. That's why visas are issued in quite less time in those critical dates. Moreover, CIC gives processing timeline guidelines on quarterly basis. Be optimistic and hopeful, you will surely have your turn and that also very soon.

Finally those rumors came to an end and a ray of hope has arrised for the applicants with NOC of 0213..wish that all march/april meds get their ppr1 sooner.
