Someone plz help me with this matter. I filled my case in November 2010 & got the following msg as my first AOR in March 2011.


We received your application for permanent residence on December 7, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 3, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.


The problem is that my status remains same until now. It dont even show "Pending" msg.
What is the meaning of this & what shud i do????? Plz help me out!!!!

Dear brother don't get me wrong but its mean wait at least 2 years Bcz 2009 applicant still in waiting n u submitted in dec 2010, I guess u will send all original and required document after dis one line will be added your document rec and pending review, its a long process, Anyway hope for dala best and seniors can tell u better than me

I have heard from many resources that MI-1 applicants
done their medical on January/February 2012 still didn’t get PPR1.
So if ppl are waiting for 7 months we can anticipate our wait time.

My status was changed to 'DM' on 26th June n i got my PPR-2 on 3rd July. You will too get it soon inshahAllah..

Usually, fathers sign for kids. However, with my eleven year old, I made her write her own name there. I have had no problems with her passport. She even signed the last one herself when she was eight. No one ever pointed anything out in that. Prior to that, the passport office had asked me to put a thumb impression in place of signature for children. I don't know if that info is valid for the machine readable passports, so check with your local passport office before signing anything!!

I have heard from many resources that MI-1 applicants
done their medical on January/February 2012 still didn't get PPR1.
So if ppl are waiting for 7 months we can anticipate our wait time.

Although the incoming speed of PPR-1 is slow but people from MI-1 are started getting PPR-1. InshaAllah we will be having one very soon. I have received reply from LVO that the background checks are still in process and they cannot say anything until they got the BG check results. Hopefully for most of us BG checks are in process. Lets see how long these BG checks will take.

i think its a system glitch that usualy happen in many cases and become normal afterwards.

i suggest wait for some days if not then send a enq to LVO.

Got news that some of March medicals applicants have been recieved PPR 1.
