My timeline is almost same as u guys ,my meds reached them (16/04/2012) . Although I never sent them CSE ...
yes beckett u deserve a reply for your enquiry afterall they said that after meds it takes 3-4 months for PPR1.
I dont know when this frustrating wait will come to an end ???
Thanks Cyma,
It is actually no use sending them a CSE. I don't think I am going to send one again. I should not have even sent the last one. I am now additionally worried about the CSE causing an adverse effect on my application.
Sigh. I just wish I could see the end.
Best,
Beckett

Sadly, no. I am around the same timeline as you. In my frustration I sent a CSE after two weeks of their last reply and got a very curt reply: 'We don't reply to repeat emails'. That has upset me and I regret even sending the enquiry. But it has, after all, been four and a half months from when my meds reached them (16/03/2012). I deserve a reply, no?

Hi becket...i am in same boat as you, i also have sent an enquiry yesterday.(now i regret, i shouldn't have) and after reading your post, i am expecting the same reply.
Anyways, was it a reply from MCH? or client service unit?

The reply was from MCH. I should have waited. I think. But I still think I did not desreve a curt reply because I am over the 4 month mark after medicals being received by them. I have a right to ask.

Dear Saad,

I live in Kuwait and apply from Pakistan and my VO is London also. i dont think they consider that you are an overseas Pakistani if they send you PPR then you have to go back in Pakistan and send Passport to ISB office. I belive this the right way.

Abid
Saad and Abid
No, you will get only one PPR and you will send passports to UK, they know the pakistani rules very well

i agree with you, peaple who have done medicals after us, are getting PPR-1, so its natural to get worried.
LBM replies within seconds to her applicants, and we can't even write to our Visa officer with a gap of three weeks?
anyway, dont lose heart, there are many others like us who are facing same situation.

i havent got reply yet, lets see what reply i get, then i'll share it with you.

I am in the same boat. Waiting for PPR anxiously as lot of execution of lot of decisions are depending on it. I was also planning to shoot a CSI to VO but reading the reply to his CSI, i am planning to wait for 2 more weeks and then will contact VO.

Hope for the best and pray to ALLAH in this holy month.

Becket, M Imran Kh and all others, who are waiting for PPR and medicals, wish you goodluck.
I pray to God that he help us all, Ameen

Dear All,

Please guide me is this PPR-I:

Message From Lawyer:
I have just received correspondence from the High Commission in London with respect to your application. They have requested "updated copies of the bio-page of the passport for yourself and each member of your family".

I would be grateful, therefore, if you would provide me with a clear, legible scans of each of your valid passports (just the picture/data pages) at your earliest convenience. As this is all they have requested at this time, I believe we could be approaching the final steps of processing.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible!

If Yes then My Question is I am current living in KUWAIT so in case of PPR-II I have to go to Pakistan for submission of Passport or I can Send Passport to London Office for Visa as they are my VO.

Congratulations!!!!!! This is indeed PPR 1. As you are living in Kuwait, you should tell your lawyer to request a straightforward PPR and send your passports to London by courier.

Congrats................

I second beckett's suggestion.. Tell your Lawyer to ask for simple Passport Request as you are living abroad and you can send your Passports directly to LVO.

After receiving of PPR1 docs at LVO how many days it took to get PPR2?
My VO is also LBM

My PPR-1 documents reached LVO on 18th May and i sent CSE after 6 weeks.. in reply to my CSE, they sent PPR-2 on 3rd July 2012. If your VO/IO is LBM, I suggest you to send CSE even after 4 weeks.. She will definitely reply with some positive news.

just relax...they are not that cruel...sending enquiry is the representation of our concern and anxiety and they must be aware of it.NO ADVERSE EFFECT...coz at this last stages of our applications they need a concrete reason to cause us harm.

i got almost the same timeline as urs....iam also waiting for PPR1...

application filed dec2009
meds request mar2012
meds recvd chc 9apr2012

i am also thinking to send an enquiry around 10aug...

good luck to all of us
