Dear Paki Friends,

I have send my passports from Abu Dhabi on May 23 & as of now after 46 days I have no feedback from CHC London.
How long it will take, i am having sleepless nights....ECAS is showing in process.

By the way enjoying Tahajat & Fajar in the mosque... :D

Hi all,
My meds reached LVO on 16/03/12. No e-cas update till now. I got this reply today to my CSE:

We confirm both receipt and positive review of medical results. We cannot comment on the e-cas system as this is not administered by the London office.

We now await completion of routine background checks.

Is this good news? I am quite fed up with waiting, frankly.

Best,
Beckett.

Dear Beckett,
Hope you are doing good.
After reading the reply from CSE even a most pesimistic guy can say "WoW" ......:)
It is really good new as they are saying "positive review of medical results" so they have sent you CSE flowers :)

What is your NOC?
I applied on Nov 2009, sent my meds on 16/04/12 but dont know if they reched LVO or not as in my ECAS i didnt receive update like "medical has been received"

How did you get that update that you meds were received at LVO on 16/3/12? via ECAS or CSE inquiry ?

Wish you best of Luck

Regards
Cyma

Thank you Cyma, for your positive reply. It made me smile.
I know my Meds reached LVO because I got the tracking number from my DMP and have the receipt date. Actually, what is depressing me is the fact that the BG checks are just going on and on. Who knows when they will be 'completed'!
Anyway, as I am a pessimist, I will worry.....
Best of luck with your application. Out of the blue you will get some news soon.
Best,
Beckett

From your post and previous threads I found you very cautious not pessimistic at all :)
Being a cautious is good thing!!!
By the way our DMP gave us a courier tracking number ( DHL tracking number) which only shows that our DMP has sent our meds to Dehli Office and Dehli office has received it on 16th April 2012
but I don’t know How we can verify that if Dehli office has sent them designated LVO or not.

Good Luck

I don't think there is any such rule....but your choice...

Like I said....my docs got there on 14th June and PPR2 came on 4th July (less than 30 days)......that too cos I sent a CSE and got PPR2 in reply to it...:)

Cyma, I did my meds in the UK and the DMP sent it straight to London and it was received the next morning.
Thanks for your replies.

hi beckett
i have done my medicals from london as well and it reached lvo on 29 of march 2012 since then nothing send them an cse got more or less same reply
but some how who ever done the medicals from uk in feb and march they r all wating as including myself u r the fourth person i found on dif threads really dont know y but its so frustrating to wait tht long after medicals ...as mostly people are getting ppr within 45 days.. in btw how many countries did u visit if thts the reason for long background checks as in my case its only two my home country pak and uk though i am in uk for last 9 years.
hopefully we will get our ppr req in july.

If you have not travelled much, and I have (many, many trips with my surgeon spouse to urological meeting in various countries + having lived in Ireland and UK); then that means the travel history is immaterial because your application should have been processed before me had that been the case. I think travel for genuinely clear reasons does not delay PPR. It's some other mysterious thing that is delaying our pprs. Everyone who did meds in Feb/March/April and is M1 from LVO is waiting.

thanks for reply but i think lots of m1 applicants received ppr requests too from lvo so thts make me even more confused i really dont understand in which order they r processing files or how the bfd works.

Hi there
I have my medicals from UK too. But i think it depends on the case workers to respond to medicals and CSE. I send them a few CSE and they reply most of time the same day and in my last email reply they asked me to wait 2- 4 weeks and its now 4th week. I am planning to send them CSE regarding PPR1 in next 2 days.
Hope for the best.
Thanks for sharing the reviews. Keep it up
