Medicals so close to expiry and still no PPR step 1.
Repeated emails to LVO and their reply always mentions that your file awaits review by IO as B/G checks complete.
I mean when will this review take place ... after the medicals EXPIRE!
Loosing hope to get PPR within time now ....

I sent email got reply in 10 minutes

" Your application is pending review we a processing a large number of post so it may take 2 - 4 weeks to review."

Keep on sending email every 15 to 20 days.

Thanks for your input. When did you get this 2-4 weeks review email. I do not have 2 -4 weeks for PPR1 as only a total of around 8 weeks left for total process !

Same is the case here ,they replied to my email on 24 apr.that your file is waiting review by visa officer , after that I sent them 2 e-mails but didn't get any reply .Planning to send 3rd mail don't understand what they are doing.medicals expiring on 7 sept.2011.Allah khair karay

Yes. I got very similar reply on my query. I sent 3 emails and got one reply last week sayin that your file will be reviewed by an IO.
I think all the files in our timeline has been stacked away and seems that they want us to have a second medical!

Though I hope it works out in time before the medical expires!

dear mates i have a question. i inquired LVO 3 weeks before and they did not respond. now the reason which is see is that application processing times have changed. For pakistan its 37 months and for london visa office its 29 months.The question is if they have shifted our files from pakistan to london visa office which they did on 30th june 2010, then would they consider our processing time of london visa office(29 months) or that of pakistan(37 months)? its been 29 months since i have submitted my complete application package which was jan 2012.

waiting for PPR-1

Hi all..

We are March 2009 applicants. Our MR came in Feb 2012 and we did it on 12th March 2012. I had a baby in may 2012 and we have sent the updated docs and applications today to the LVO. Anyone who has had to wait after their own medical, for the new baby's medical might be able to help.
We are wondering if we will have to wait 3-4 months after the baby's medical for our PPR-1? Does anyone have a similar experience that they can share? Just trying to figure out if they have already processed our medicals or will take additional 3 months after baby's medical..
And is it true that they will process your visa before your medical expires? Is that the standard practice?
Any help will be appreciated..
