Dear Islamabad .. did you get any update from LVO as yet. We are on the edge of medical expiry. I have sent two inquiries but still havnt got any reply as yet ...

Alhumdulilah, By the grace of All mighty ALLAH, i received PPR Step 1 via email yesterday on 18.06.2012. I am a Quebec applicant from Pakistan.
Timeline.
CSQ quebec applied :August 2005
Got CSQ after Interview in Abu-Dhabi April 2009
App filed for frderal part July 2009.
Meds + PCC + RPRF Jan 2011
2nd Interview in CHC Islamabad Nov 2011
Re Med + Upadated PCC + Renewed CSQ March 2012
PPR Step 1 June 2012.

Seems that there is a good news for the next week...

Is it essential that all passports have thumb impression/signatures. In my case Passport office never emphasised this and issued us machine readable passports without signatures/thumb impression on some passports.

For adults, passport officer at the time of delivery tells to sign so please sign on your passport too.
For children, I think thumb impression is not required because at the time of making passport the passport office waives thumb impression for children.
By the way, have you received PPR2.

When did your e-case status changed to DM, or it still shows " Medical results received on dd/mm/yyyy".
Mines is still the same....no change since October 2011....
