Hi,

I received a phone call from CHC,ISB to submit PP's and the man on phone did not give any limit as I was all set to send my PP's and I sent my PP's the same day.

Dear seniors,

My medical was completed yesterday and i am sending landing fee and police report today,what and when is the next step.My passport are expiring in Jan 2013 shall i wait or reniew my passport.

January 2013? Go for a renewal mate.. you still got enuff time.. After medicals they atleast take 2 months to send PPR-1.. Best of luck

I've been asked to submit copies of passports and updated information chart.

Nothing can be said firmly but in my view MI2 applicants who are done with their meds. are likely to get their visas before end of July (provided there are no other App complications).
In addition, plz also bear in mind that VOs follow certain NOC priority as per CIC’s instructions (e.g. doctors and dentists use to get faster responses during last two quarters) though such strategies/OPs are very much internal and keep changing over the year without announcements.

As a matter of fact I sent my Docs after 1st April, 2010 directly to London as the processing office had already changed, does that make me MI 1 or MI 2 ?

hi all...i know this is not the right forum to ask the question but still thought some one might answer..ALHAMDULILLAH i got ppr-1 yesterday..but since have lived in uk for quite a while and due to some reasons staying in Pakistan these days..what do you guyssuggest which place is better when it comes to good living..would apprecite the advice of those ppl who have seen the difference in these 2 countries..plz comment..thnx!

Hi guys
in a bit of a tight spot here. I applied in June 2008 and my case was never transferred to London. After repeated medicals and PCC requests, I finally received a letter from CHC ISB to submit my passports. I am living in Dubai now, and travelled to Karachi to submit my passports on the 7th of May. I received a call from CHC the next day where they asked me for some details. Anyways, I told them I will need to travel soon and if they can return my passports quick, to which the guy gave me a number and said if I dont receive my passports in 3-4 days, I should leave a voice message there. Since then I have not heard from them despite repeated emails and voice messages.
Has anyone had a similar experience and how long should it take for me to get my passports back? I am in a bit of a tight spot as my job and family is still in dubai and i can't travel.

Dear members

I hope you will advice me about passport renewal instruction .
I have recently renewed my children passports age 5 and 3 . On second page of passport following instruction is written

"Holder signature or thumb impression

Not valid without signature or thumb impression "
It's obvious they can't sign , do they need to use their thumb impression and which thumbs left hand or right hand .
