dear docpak i have read somewhere that u need to inform visa office about the mistakes. it is clearly mentioned in the medicals as well. kindly do inform vo as this may cause problem in future. ur paasport names must accord with ur COPR. u have nothing to loose now, so recheck my advise.

Could you guys explain the difference between PPR1 & PPR2?

Thanks a million!

PPR-1 and PPR-2 process is for most of the Pakistani and indian applicants, because their Visa offices are now transferred to London. As the residents of these two countries cannot send their Original Passport to london (officially not allowed for us to send our passports outside the country), so they ask for Passport photocopies along with pictures in first step, this is called PPR-1.

After some limited time period, they ask you to send your Original passports to Islamabad Embassy (for PK) and New Delhi (For Indians) to stamp the Visa, this is called PPR step 2. Thats it!

Alhamdulillah I got PPR2. I only got passport request with no photos requirement in the letter. I was requested photos in PPR1.

Does anyone else have the same experience i.e. only passports (and address label) requested in PPR2 and no photos? Should I send photos to be safe since most people are requested photos in PPR2 or just passports is fine?

Pls help me urgently.

Regards
