Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

i am new to the forum.
i have also some updates.

Applied to NS:17-Jun-2010.
Recieved to NS Via DHL:21-Jun-2010;
AOR Accepted Documents requrested:21-oct-2010 (******126 Total Days********)
Documents sent to London Visa Office:09-Feb-2011
Documents Received to London Visa Office via DHL:11-Feb-2011
Letter Received from London Visa Office Via courier:06-Jul-2011 (*****145 Total Days*****)
upto 13-oct-2011 (*****245 Total Days*****)

Waiting for the next steps Medical and Passports.
Average 2nd AOR received within 3 to 4 months along with medical papers.
Average Medical call is after 6 months.
Average Passport call is after 6 month.

For pakistani applicants PPR in two steps,
1 In step one letter VO asks to send photo copies of pass ports to london.
2 In step 2 CHC Islamabad send the 2nd letter ask for original pass ports inorder to stampvisa.

but dear iam not residing in pakistan and send my application directly to VO london.Before i was in London now in KSA

The two step process for those who are in pak.... coz according to pak law no one is allowed to sent out his/her passport to other country by any means.
as you said you in KSA i think there will be single step process for you. but any way the VO will inform your PPR

and my original documends were returned and still the B/G checks are going on.

Thanks doc appreciate it. Yes its been a long and painful wait.
No my ecas is still the same i.e.we started processing your case on 13-06-2009. My ecas address did not disappeared before PPR-1 email, however it disappeared at the time they sent medicals.

thanks for your well wishes. They were returned when they sent me medical forms in August.

As per my understanding i think its different when you send email inquiry to chc london and chc-isb (although seniors would disagree with me here but i would like to share with you guys esp for those who are waiting since 2008/2009 like me).
In case of chc-lsb they used to send standard replies in my case (pre-prepared statments), but in case of chc-london they tend to get back with specific replies(e.g. if got waiver of fresh ppc from UK through email at the time of medicals) if not the positive outcome straight away. please note my observations are for applicants under M1 and M2 only.

In my case ecas address never disappeared for PPR1, however exactly two weeks back i sent them a politely written email asking if they need any thing else to process my case (u know just kind of soft reminder). They never replied to me after that but after exactly two weeks from that email they sent me PPR-1.

What i am implying is that if you wait for 3 or more months after medical and nothing comes up may be you can inquire in a polite way and it may help diverting their attention towards your case . Its just my observation though i am no qorax, leon etc. I am just a learner!
