Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

I have rec a letter in post from New Delhi Medical Difvison for spouse's Medical

requiring the following :

>Analogue chest X ray
>Completed medical report chest x ray requisition and report form (page 6 & 7)
and
>Duly completed re-assessment form (attached)

But there is no Attachment for the last part, please telll me what to do

They have asked me respond in 7 days ,

Hello Every one

Back for help after long time.

My Brother in Pakistan got the passport request from the London Office. They asked him to submit the Scanned Copies of passport and Updated information chart to London Visa Office.
And also asked for orignal passport and the photographs at Abu Dhabi Visa office.
Can he send the passport from Pakistan via mail ? If yes any one know where is aramex office in Karachi and will they accept the passport to take by courier ? Need urgnet replies

They have sent this email by mistake.
Advice your brother to;

1. Sent them scanned copies and updated information chart to LVO through email , immediately

2. Drop them email that he is based in Pakistan , and as per Pakistani Lawas he cannot send his passports abroad , so he may be advised to send his Passports to CHC Islamabad.

They will respond within a couple of days

Want to share my timeline.

Jan 2008 : Applied for 'Quebec Investor Program' in Islamabad, Pakistan

Jun 2010 : CIC kept on requesting my wife's security clearance documents from Libya because of her previous residency. But, Libyan government wasn't very helpful. Sent numerous letters (with some having "tracking") and Libyan government just didn't care to even say that we can't help you!

Dec 2010 : Was invited to Canadian Embassy in Syria for Interview. (Went really well)

Apr 2011 : Was told that application case file getting transferred to London, England

Jun 2012 : Was told that Libyan documents requested earlier not required anymore due to civil war in Libya.

Oct 2012 : Medical Received & Given by all dependents

Apr 2014 : Received Medical Again. Given by all dependents

May 2014 : Main Applicant received letter by post. Saying that I need to do ECG (current status). Went to Medical center and they said that they haven't received any letter yet from CIC. So, currently waiting!

What do you think are the chances now? Any ideas or comments would be well appreciated! I've also heard that in Feb 2014, they terminated Federal Investor and Business visa programs. Does this affect my application in any way?

[P.S. My entire interview (in Syria) was conducted in French and I was told that I do not need to submit any documents to prove my proficiency in French language]

- PPR1 (Submitting copies of passports)
- RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fee)
- 2 x Passport sized photos

Only after submitting these, I received my first medical instruction on 29th August, 2012. Then, the next communication I received was on 29th March 2014, to do medicals again. Then, they also sent me another letter from Health Branch (New Delhi) to do ECG (further medical tests) which I have already done.

btw, My VO is London, but I currently reside in Islamabad.

- RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fee)
- 2 x Passport sized photos

But then, why do you think, in your opinion, the process got delayed for more than 2 years now? Only recently, I got my medicals done in Oct 2012, and after that, got remedicals request on April 2014.

I even ordered GCMS notes on 10th June 2014 and all they can reply is that it was due on 10th July 2014, but due to delays, they will send us when it's ready.

Don't even know what the delay is all about.

There's also one thing I would like to mention. In their email in Feb 2012, they requested following things (this email came from London VO):

1. Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] for the principal applicant
2. Schedule A - Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]
3. Schedule 6 - Business Immigrants - Investors [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 6]
4. Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
5. Schedule 5 Declaration of Intent to Reside in Quebec
6. Updated original Police Certificates
7. 2 x current passport-sized photos for each family member in order that we may issue medical instruction forms.
8. Copy of the bio-page of the current passport for all family members
9. Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)
10. As processing of your application beyond this date is likely, please contact your chosen Quebec bureau to obtain an extension to your CSQs

These were the things they had asked me. Check number 8. Do they ask for PPR-1 like this?

They are asking taking longer then usual time to complete your background check. Have you lived in or traveled to multiple countries for a long period of time?

Also you mentioned they asked for some additional tests, was there something found during your medicals that was alarming?

So, i don't think this is an issue of a background check. It has to be something else.

And Yes. I've lived in many countries around the world due to the nature of my job (worked in oil & gas industry for almost 40 years)

My first medical went fine (in 2012). My second medical test (in 2014) were conducted by a lady in IOM Lahore who was not a professional. She asked me to change my positions multiple times, hence irregular results were shown. When I got my additional medical test, Doctor at IOM asked that lady assistant why was he not informed or shown final report before being uploaded to Medical database.

Anyways, I was asked to do ECG and Nuclear Stress Tests at some Hospital in Lahore. Results came with Mild reversible myocardial ischemia involving basal segment of inferolateral wall. This means that when my body is in stress, such as running or climbing, my heart comes into a stress due to some blockage, but it comes back to its normal function upon resting state (thus, reversible). I am being told by a US doctor that operation is not required at all and normal medicine would be sufficient. He further said that even if you go for a treatment, yearly cost in US would not be more than US$3000. So, it would be similar in Canada as well.

But my previous medicals were fine. So, I don't understand the reason for delay of 2012-2014. Even my youngest child is already in Canada, studying.
