I need some clarity on a minor point related to color of eyes. My kids have a dark brown (blackish brown) eye color whereas that option is not written in the updated information chart. Do you think I should select 'other' in color of eyes or 'brown'. Would dark or light brown mean the same thing for CHC.

i think if there is a dominant shade of brown, go for brown, if the first look gives the impression of black , go for black..

I agree 99% of Pakis have black eyes for. CIC forms
If they really brown then write code for brown

The option 'other' is only to be used for rare eye colors. You are supposed to select 'brown' for all shades of brown.

If you see from a normal distance of 1 meter it looks black that is color of your eyes....
Otherwise why code 1 is for black which means the highest chances to have this color code is black
So Asian have black eyes... But as I remember Someone shared on forum it is not a big deal if you write black/brown
Normally they will not give code 1 to a rare eye color.... Am I thinking right?

By that logic blue should be the second most common color

Actually the list was alphabetically arranged till they inserted grey at number 6.

But you are correct about it not mattering. My eyes are very clearly Hazel, but my consultant said I should write brown and I never had any problem. You have to write your best guess in that form.

Although my case was from Saudi Arabia where you dont need a PPR1 and PPR2. However, What you should do is:

How can we fill the chart, provided by CHC London, through adobe/acraobat?
Ans: you fill it in Adobe and print it. If you have adobe acrobat professional then you can save it. You can also print the sheet and write using blue pen.

Is it required to attest the passport copies from notary public?
Ans: No Need to attest the passport copy from any notary.

Do we have to send the signature page (page 3) of passport?
Ans: No, the first two pages required. Signature page is usually page # 3

Is it essential to have thumb impression at the second page for children and infants?
Ans: It's good to have a thumb impression for the children and infants. But you dont need this now. you'll need it when you send your passports for visa stamping as part of PPR2.

Thanks for your prompt response. I am unable to write on the update information chart even with adobe acrobat professional. I have made another form as per the same format on MS Word. I have then filled it using MS Word and got it printed. Do you think that is fine and non-objectionable for CHC not to fill (by hand or computer) on the original Form.

HAS ANY ONE AT THIS FORUM CREATED AN 'UPDATED INFORMATION CHART' BY USING MS WORD AND SENT TO THEM. I JUST WANT TO KNOW, IF THEY DO NOT GET STINGY WITH SUCH INITIATIVE OF ME.

Drop an email to WES , get yourself registered for Degree evaluation , and then apply to HEC for attestation for Evaluation.
