I have put the thumb impression of my daughter anyway. Her passport got slightly dirty. I know a few people who got the thumb impression of their kids on the passport.

You did right ,it is recomended .I also did same for 6 years old daughter .keeping it blank is not acceptable by CHC.

Yes I have attended CIIP... Best for new immigrants... I rate it well over the tranditional IOM session...

Elluminate is just a simple program... install it by clicking the link provided by CIIP... also go through the sample sessions on the website (link provided by them)... its just like Skype or other chatting softwares, very simple in use.... complete user instructions are provided... just login to the sample session and adjust youe PC settings accordingly before the start of the GO and MAP..

I am not able to understand when will I received my PPR1 and any body knows standard "Due Date" Length my last GCMS Extract date was
17-Apr-2013 and Due date was 22-Apr-2013 what will be my next due Date?.

Hello all members,
My query may be out of context, sorry for that. My application was recieved by CIC on 12 June 2013. My bank statement was showing the required amount as proof of funds. I have some urgent need to pull out half of the amount from by bank account. My question is do I need to maintain the same balance in my account untill the whole process is done?

My banker told me that the most they ask is the balance as at the date for which u have given in your bank certificate. They are not concerned after that. I believe this is true. You can do this without fear. Trust me.

Last month i got registered for CIIP( Canadian immigrant integration program) session at http://www.newcomersuccess.ca/index.php/about-ciip/how-to-register-with-ciip?lang=en-GB , now i received an email from them that i have been selected for online CIIP session dated September 10, 2013 about 06 hours,(to be conducted through E leaning platform "Elluminate") which will be followed by MAP ( My action Plan, it means a personal interaction with Canadian orientation officer for 60 to 90 minutes).
Is there anyone else invited for this session?
How will i submit filled form, is it to be filled and scanned and to be emailed or to be sent through post, they have given 05 days time for sending me filled form and CV,
Guidence is required from any senior who has attended or know the information.

You must attend both the session. Both are very informative. Ask as many questions in MAP session relevant to your profession, they will answer it happily. Better you write it down as a list well before MAP. You can just fill up this form on MS Word and send it. No need for signing, scanning, post bla bla. Its simple. You can register your spouse as well by sending another form on his/her behalf. CIIP session is generic but the MAP session is specific. Hope i have answered it all.
