Just write them an email clearly narrating the urgency and importance of your originals. they should respond by dispatching those back to you.
hope you get it, i can understand how stressful it must be for you.

I don't know if I have understood correctly but my e-cas was in-process since Feb 22, 2012 and it changed to Decision made today.

Your Ecas updates does not say "Medical received". Did you have medical done?

Normally decision made appears on Ecas once they have done all checks and ready to stamp visa. So start packing and prepare for your long awaited travel.

Thats ok.."Medical results have been recived" line doesn't appear in most pre june cases. You are ok..Don't worry and congrats you will get visa soon..

Send them urgent email at

london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Write urgent in subject of email. Provide all details like your full name, file no, date of birth, address etc and tell them you are going to Canada very soon and bought tickets already but have not recieved your original docs so send you docs back as soon as possible.. Good luck..
