For MI-1 they dont bother to change that even...

Dear Freinds,

Need your valuable reply. I just received PPR 1 through email. But there is a little confusion they have changed my file number earlier it was with EP and now it is with B followed by digits and they have mentioned this in email that file number starts with B followed by digits which is mentioned in subject line. They always do this in PPR 1 or is it in my case. Do i need to ask them about it.

Also i want to ask you that they have requested to fill updated information chart for me and each accompanying family member. But in the form both principal applicant and spouse and children rows are given. Do i still need to fill separate forms for me and my spouse. Because in application iam the principal applicant.

In the email they have mentioned to submit passport copies and updated information chart for principal applicant and each accompanying member which becomes two items. However they have asked to submit three items. But not mentioned whats the third item. Also in the updated information chart is it necessary to give work phone number and if necessary is it ok to mention cell number in work phone number box which will also be mentioned in Mobile Number box.

They have mentioned to send all docs to below address:

did they ask PCC with PPR1,sure?

Normally PCC is asked with Medical and three things usually asked with PPR1 are
1-Photocopy of PP
2-Updated family form(Simple form sent with ppr1)
3-Two photos of each family members with specification

Normally they asked the 3 things you mentioned, but in my case as my police clearance was expired therefore they ask me to re-send the updated police certificate. They did,nt ask me photographs in PPR1, but they asked me the photographs in PPR2, but you will follow the instructions as it is.

I have no words to explain but Allah will give its rewards.all of homes are destroyed aand my family shifted to village because the Cowards blast in front of our home near to aiport resulting a big loss and our homes with cars destroyed.
I am now elder and my family really needs me to decide what to do further till his chelum(40th day) of shaheed.

I sent many emails but no reply. My wife is Main applicant and her name is Khushbakht Aliya.

I really don't know how to get information atleast to know when I will receive my passports. They received on 11th Dec 2012 and brother died on 15th Dec.

PPR1 is usually issued after 3-6months of medical and PCC are expired till that ,though VO doesn't ask for fresh PCC.
Nothing is sent to LVO in PPR2 ,You are supposed to send only original PP to IslamAbad then why photos were asked in PPR2 ?Strange!!!

Dear Azbutt & Cybervjs,

Adroit is right, we dont need to send our passports to London. CHC London also knows about local passport regulations thats why they splitted the procedure into 2 steps. In the first step they will send u a letter and ask u ur updated photographs with the photocopies of ur valid passports which u need to travel to Canada along with a short information updation form.

After reviewing ur documents (That u already sent in step 1), they will issue a step 2 letter with the instructions to send ur passports to CHC Islamabad for visa issuance. I've already received step 1 letter on Feb. 21 and sent required documents and now waiting for step 2 letter as they mentioned in their step 1 letter.
