Adding, when you make a bank draft that only be issued in CAN $ because by law BD can be issue only in local currency of that country.

Our Med results were received by Vo in Sep, update forms and RPRF reached Vo on 3rd of October,
RPRF got encashed on 24 Oct..
Our daughter's Med report reached New Delhi on 16 Nov, 2012.. and I got the following reply a couple of days ago by Vo bhai sab/Bhen jee..

As a federal skilled worker, we can chose any POE in Canada & complete our landing formalities, regardless of the destination mentioned in our Apps or the COPR, except Quebec.
