Yes I am sure that it was mistake from LVO side , as they also mentioned in their email that PPR sent by
error.
It is just a matter of 4 months ... November,December,January, February... and u will see the result soon...
I think LVO never want that client visa expires due to the delay by any xyz reason ,as it will increase the backlog for which they are already
trying to get rid of .
