Guys, I know this has been asked before but I can't find the answer now.
The updated information chart with the eye-colour etc. I find that sending one would be enough with details of the whole family....but they seem to ask for one for each family member??
Has anyone on the forum sent one filled chart and received PPR2 without a problem? Or should i fill many?

i send them only one chart with details of my spouse n son including their eye colours and i got ppr2 after 17 days..

By the grace of Allah Almighty I have received my Passports back. I received a call from my father that passports with visa stamped have been received. Validity of visa is till 16-03-12. I am planning to visit for 2 weeks in January Inshallah. I pray for the speedy process of every one of you..

Thanks. No they just reached my home. took 300 or so rupees and delivered the passport I and my wife both were not home. Passports were received by my father, they probably checked his ID card but I am not sure.
