Well bro there are 2 organization that used to facilitates immigrants with regards to pre-departure orientation session for PA, spouse and kids above 12 years of age.
1- IOM(International Organization for Migration)
2- CIIP(Canadian Immigrant Integration Program)
I got the participation invitation from both. I registered myself in IOM first and then CIIP. I will be participating with my spouse in IOM orientation session in a local motel on coming Sunday in Lahore and then i will be having a orientation session from CIIP on 13th November.(Online session)
I am sharing the emails from both organization to me for your better understanding... Please email them with regards to your session from their email addresses mentioned below in the emails n ya will get a reply within 3-5 days from IOM and 4-6 days from CIIP.

Welcome to the Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP)
Congratulations on being selected to participate in CIIP, a free pre-departure orientation, planning and referral service designed to improve your prospects for success in Canada.
The next CIIP online Group Orientation (GO) will take place on November 13 and we can reserve a place for you! We will also provide a My Action Plan (MAP) session for you on the following day.
There is a high demand for CIIP sessions and a limited number of spaces available. To avoid disappointment, please confirm within 5 days.
If you are not available please contact us immediately.
The GO starts promptly at 09:00 (London), 11:00 (Riyadh), 12:00 (Dubai), 13:00 (Islamabad). It lasts approximately 6 hours (see attached agenda). To find out more about the time zone you are in, please refer to www.timeanddate.com/worldclock.
We use an e-learning platform called Elluminate. It is important that you review this link: www.elluminate.com/Support//?id=62/ and the Recorded Introduction and Online Orientation sections before the session.
By participating in the GO, you will be eligible for a personalized My Action Plan (MAP) session with a Canadian Orientation Officer. This 60-90 minute session will focus on planning your career success and connecting you to organizations in Canada for more pre-departure guidance and support. The MAP session will take place in the days following the GO. The date and time will be confirmed shortly.
To enable the Canadian Orientation Officer to prepare your MAP, it is essential that you complete and send the attached My Preparation for Planning form within the next 5 days, together with your résumé, if you have not sent it already.
