Airfare is around $4k and Hotel is about $500/night

I wonder why did you apply as skilled worker you must be in investor class.
If tkt n hotel is arranged then why u use about and aroundEtihad is a cheaper airline comparing Qatar and Emirates, reconsider it

I applied as a skilled worker cause I am a skilled worker!

For your info I used "around" and "about" because that's the approximate value. Don't remember the exact digits to give you. If you really need them that accurately I can check the invoice and let you know the exact dollar and cents!

As for you guessing about airfare cheaper or expensive ... kindly visit an etihad center and get the fare for a round class business class ticket and then go over to emirates and get the return airfare for toronto. You will be surprised to find that there is no availability of Etihad regardless of whose cheaper or not! EK and Etihad both had a difference of just 7000 RUPEES so dint bother that much.

I prefer Etihad as I am their GOLD guest member in terms of their frequent flyer programme! And kindly everything is not about expensive or cheap ... its personal preference! I prefer Etihad cause I fly with them quite often and they meet my expectations!

Reassessment of a medical file for the issuance of a new medical certificate

Summary

Effective June 1st, 2012, officers can request that an applicant’s medical file be reassessed by a Medical Officer (MOF) or a Health Branch (HB) delegated staff for the issuance of a new medical certificate. The process applies to cases where a final decision of an officer is pending only due to the expiration of a medical certificate or when the validity of the medical certificate is about to expire and the applicant is unable to land before it expires. This process is limited to applicants who had a routine immigration medical examination (IME) done by a panel physician within the last 15 months in or outside Canada. The new medical certificate issued will be valid for 12 months.
