Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

I need your opinion on a question I am putting as it concerns me a lot: With my medicals expired on May 02, 2012 according to the new reform of extending medicals http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob423.asp the visa officer emailed me that since my medicals have been expired, they can be extended. However, after sending them PPR1, instead of what they asked PPR2, I am confused as there is no response so far after 2 weeks. (LVO send me direct PPR2 without PPR1, so when I emailed them back they replied me notoriously that the email was send to me by mistake and that they are not ready to receive my passports yet since my medical results have been expired, however they can be extended and that I should await further instructions). Now, before this notorious email I had send them PPR1 all by myself, since then I haven't heard anything from their side, please suggest and pray for me...

I don't want medicals to be done once again ((

Don't worry Faisal, according to the new amendment, medical is eligible for 12 Months, you have to wait for 2 more weeks to receive PPR2, my cousin was in the same situation and his medical was extended by Vo and he received PPR2 exact after 4 week of PPR1. So, there is no worry. it will be extended when your PPR2 step will be ready. (i am not certain, i told you what i learnt from my cousin's Case. You should confirm it from some experts)

Dont worry either, because they will send you the medical request if needed before PPR2. in my opinion you will get benefit and waived remedical, because if it is required they asked you in last email but they are thinking to extend that is a point.
Dude! what is a problem if it cost one more month, after all your case is decided and you are getting visa Soon. In persian " Der aayed drust ayed" So enjoy the time here in pakistan, i am sure you will miss these days.

in my opinion they were to issue you PPR2 but they found that ur meds r expired so they might hav asked their medical board to extend ur meds for next 12 months as per rule u already have given the link for.and they were waiting the renewals from med depart so they replied u like that.
what i think u will soon be getting ur PPR2 as soon as they get the response from their med depatment..
i think u shud just relax and wait.....u will hear good news soon.....best of luck

My application is in under FSW2 category (AOR) and i read about this category will consider as fast trak and it will not in a noraml que nor CAPS reached, as FSW1 categories apps are. Now the Question is, how VO is going to deal my application after submiting my MR in 20th july.

1) is he going to take it as Noraml Way or
2) will he consider it as fast track.

your comments will be highly Appreciated.

Ahsan Waheed Rathor send medical directly to London VO and Amer Iqbal send medical to New Dehli medical services and thn new dehli center send our medical to london visa office after 2 weeks. i did my medical Amir iqbal and i confirmed with lodon visa office that they received my medical or not and they confirmed me that they received after one month. Hameed latif also send medical directly to london visa office...choice is urs...best of luck.

its not like the way u thinking...
meds for CHC LONDON directly go to LONDON...whoever is the DMP..
and for ISLAMABAD it goes to NED DELHI....

the delay of one month in ur case wasnt coz AMIR IQBAL sent the results to first delhi and then london...but it was due to the reason that he must have sent the results LATE.

If you applied in June 2009 as per your timeline. You are FSW 1 which is also ironically Fast Track. Post June 2010 are FSW 2.

I have send the PPs on May 23 and due to my spouse sur name additional security check is carried out...i have send the PPs from dubai
Though they have not returned the PPs So what kind of secuirty check will they do? and how long further i have to wait......
