I am pre june applicant. Today I received PPR1, I had done my medical in mar 2012. It seems that they want to clear backlog as soon as possible. Can any one tell me that how much time they will take to issue visa after sending PPR1.

Congratulations....I hope you will get stamped visa with next 2 months

Dear All,

What I perceived from lastest status updates is :
They are shuffling their processing from MI-1 t MI-2 . few days back 2010 (who applied in last month of 2010) got PPR1 now 2009 Applicants ( who applied in March April June) are getting PPR1.

with this trend I think they again switched to some MI-2 applicants after that MI-1 applicants( thoes who applied in september/nivember/december) will PPR1 (InshaAllah)

So Applicants (like me) will get PPR1 in late July or in August :) I hope so

Regards
Cyma

Thats a very good analysis....if this holds true....your family dinner is booked from my side :) keeping my fingers crossed.

Dear All,

AoA, I seek your advice on the following situation:

1. I received PPR-1 through email on 10th July (as I launched my application while I was in Pakistan)

2. I sent a CSE to London VO on 11th July and mentioned that since I was out of Pakistan now along with all of my accompanying family members, I could not send passports to Pakistan as the law of Pakistan didn't permit the same. Therefore, I requested them to send me PPR of another format so that I could send the passports directly to the London VO.

3. Yesterday, on 13th July, my eCAS turned to Decision Made with the inside line saying "A decision has been made... "

I have normally seen on this forum that when someone sends passports to the visa office and the visa is pasted on the passports, only then one's status changes to Decision Made (not before). In my case, it turned before that. I am sure it can't be a system glitch.

Is it a sign of an acceptance or a rejection?

Thanks for your inputs in advance

Regards,

ammaartahir

Dear Ammar
Congrats on getting the DM. This DM has come after Medicals and Passport Request, so it is definitely of positive consequences. Soon you will receive your PPR, InshaAllah. :)
