then you must send back your passport after your medical exams..............


well i am not in Pakistan and i submitted my application in UAE at 5th May 2010 but i received only a medical letter not any other document. There were instructions for Medical so i did .

may be different policy in Pakistan so wait for the final decision.......u did not receive any other objections so i hope u will get study permit soon 8) 8) 8)

Hi

U should send ur passport with medical report issue by Doctor.
Or without medical report. They normally take 5 workings days to send back ur documents and passport with visa stamps. I hope u understand.
 
got medical call today....
how much time does embassy take from the day i visit designated doctor for medical check up ?

hi Kugga best of luck dear...When u got medical call its mean u got visa.
Anyway Embassy will take at least 5 working days. Best of luck again.

if u from pak
medical means ur file has been created n everything ok i.e docs etc.
now ,doctor 'll send ur medical reports to new delhi ,
doctrs are directed to send the medical reports within 7 days...
right
at delhi a chc medical officer will review ur medical results and then he will notify the CHC islamabad about that,
right
then ,if the CHC isloo has no objection at ur case they'll stamp the visa n send u all the docs n passport through tcs/frdex at ur doorstep.

wat does it mean ? u said earlier that medical send to us when file is created and all the documents r fine...
after that medical is received by the embassy, if medicals would be satisfied by them then still there would be a chance of rejection ?
 
i meant before medicals they check if all the required documnts are there or not ,
and may have a comprehensiv review as well.
after u r done with medicals when they(chc isloo) recieve the medical report from New delhi (if everythng ok with medics) ,then chc will check the social,economic and family ties..
right
if thats also ok then u r granted visa.
obviously many ppl are rejected after medicals as well ,but i would say very clearly ,
"it is YOU who lose it and not them (CHC) ,so better use ur mind and not let it go"...
wat i understand chc are directed to look for certain things u satisfy them ,
u got it.........

how r u i have only one question can any body give real answere is i am complete my studies in canada so how can i get nationality after 3 years or forth year . the canadian embassy send direct letter anr any thing what can i do if i am complete my studies a nd how many hours the international student work in canada please repaly as soon as possible .i am waiting your answers

Hi Abbas110

Frankly speaking, the Canadian embassy will not give u nationality after 3 years spending in Canada. Although, after two years in Canada u can apply for Permanent Resident(PR) in Canadian Experience Class category. I hope u understand.

i said PR.
with PR u can apply for ur family's PR as well.
thats what i said
 
and i think its FSW (federal skilled worker) category ,for those who earned a canadian degree and have work permit etc.
 
I applied on 29th and got medical call on 28th Of July. Submitted passport again on 2nd . Now waiting for the visa

But i havent received my documents and passport back till now... I am getting anxious now as I have to plan further accordingly :s I dont know why are they taking so much time :s
