Simple is that
HEC did not updated your online status on their website.first of all check it.
Ask HEC to update your status as " Attested " on their website and issue will be resolved automatically with WES. there is no need to send any additional documents to WES ..registrar bla bla!.

by token number do you mean the number printed on the HEC stamp which HEC past on the back of degree? in my case my degree is already attested but i have to attest transcipt seperatly. Do i reaally need to attest transcrpt also or alone degree is suffcient?

Yes, it is the stamp which is pasted on your degree/transcript. You have to get your transcript attested as well as it is a requirement laid out by WES. Dont waste anymore time contemplating and get your documents sent to WEs, time is of essence here!

I am facing a different problem from WES. I have got 2 set of copies for transcript and degree attested from HEC. One set was sealed by HEC and I mailed the same to WES. Today I received the mail that I have not send the documents as per WES requirement.

In my status against all the required documents they have written "Acadamic transcript submitted".

Anyone of you have faced this kind of problem?

Check my previous response. Attested is not enough, they would have put the token number on the wrong document and they remain adamant that it is attested and the issue is with WES. Ask HEC to give you a screenshot of what WES exactly sees and then cross reference it with the token number you have for degrees with yourselves.

Thanks MH_UK. Please confirm one more thing. I have send the attested transcript instead of marksheets for each year. Is this acceptable.

I will go to HEC to resolve the issue and get another set attested by them if the problem is related to token number.

That should be fine and you dont need to send individual marksheets.

I think you need to contact HEC, ask them to update their online verification for your documents

Do you have the copy of document sent to HEC? If yes, you have to check whether the stamp numbers entered by them in the data exactly correspond to the data (i.e transcript ticket number and degree ticket number).

I have faced the same problem and I have to send them a new set of document after verifying the stamp numbers.

I have applied to WES and as my status shows that my review is in process.Afte reading this thread, I checked the HEC site as a preventive measure and I found that they have written "In progress" against those applications that I have got them verified.
Is it a sign of the problem, I gonna face?
Do I have any preventive measure before WES send me the same email?

Please let me know, i have an urgent inquiry.

As per my best understanding and as per my colleagues who have already get their Bachelor's degree attested from WES, no one was asked to send Intermediate or Secondary school examination certificates.

I have applied on Feb 3, 2014. And yesterday night i got email from WES that my Bachelor's degree (Engineering Degree from UET, Lahore) along with marks certificate is accepted. But send us Intermediate Examination Certificate.

What is this? Why they asked this so now? How to tackle this situation and how to proceed further now?

This has not happened with me only, same reply was sent to my friend here who has done his engineering from NED University Karachi and we sent documents together, he has also got the same reply to send Intermediate Examination Certificate.

Why this is happening so with us???
