Congratulations!

Guys, should I also submit property documents under my father's name or will those not be considered?

I am submitting property documents under my name.
Yes. Make sure to attach the evaluation certificates of the properties too. Not just the deed.

OK, to be sure, for property I am attaching:
  1. Scan of original documents (in Urdu)
  2. Translations of above originals.
  3. Affidavit of Translation
Anyone know where I can get the documents translated from and also get an affidavit?

Is there anything else required?

Hello. My name is Amram.

I'd like some assistance, I've been reading this post and I read that after get your medical called onto, your chances of getting a visa are fairly high.
Well I applied in 2016 and 2017.
I got rejected twice, stating I was not a bonafide student and my return upon is unsure.

I have a 7.5 band in IELTS
BBA (Marketing) from the University of London
85+ lac bank statement
15-18 Crore property
I provided income statements of 3 lac per month.
My medical was cleared.
I had paid one year fees as well and showed it as a proof.

Still I have been rejected.
I want to apply again 2018
If there's any other way by choosing appropriate universities and getting a visa somehow.

Hi, while what you write makes it appear that your application was strong there must be still something that's not satisfying the visa offcer:

1) What course were you going to study in Canada and where?
2) Do you have a study gap? If so, do you explain it in your SOP?
3) After your first rejection, did you apply for GCMS notes?
4) Do you have family in Canada?
5) What were your grades in BBA like? The BBA program in UOL is available online and on various 'centers' around the world. Did you study at the University of London or elsewhere?

1) I was applying marketing management. Graduate certificate. That I what my consultant suggested me.
2) no study gap, I received my degree in 16 and applied in 16
3) no I have never requested gcms notes
4) my younger brother is there. Has was born there in 1995 when my dad went for his theological seminary.
5 ) I have a upper second class honors degree. I didn't personally study at UOL. I studied at an affiliate center. In Pakistan. But the degree is accredited from the UOL with UOL stamps.
