Just an update: My sister got a request to submit an updated LOA. We are working with the university to get the updated letter asap. Hope things get moving for everyone waiting.

When did she apply?
There are many applicants (including me) here whose LOA have expired but they haven’t received any requests from VO. However, I just submitted fresh LOA for May intake.

It is fine as long as money in bank account have increased. Just explain where did you get the money in your SOP. It would be highly recommended though to pay 1st semester fee in advance. It will make your case stronger.

Processing time for Pakistan has been increased from 7 weeks to 9 weeks, while for Qatar it decreased from 7 to 6 weeks, I am in Qatar , what it mean my file will be processed in 6 weeks now? already 5 weeks passed.....

It means nothing. This is average processing time and majority of the application are refused within a month hence the processing time decreases. The processing time for approval is still around 9-13 weeks.
Processing time is not an estimate for other applications. It’s updated on weekly basis by cic based on the applications finalised in that week. So you can get a rough idea how much time your application may take and after that “normal processing time “ you can generate CSE
She applied oct 30, had medical request in nov and this month got an updated request for a new LOA , we are still working with her university to get the updated letter
