Don't they accept through global pay business solution? That would be much easier.

I am applying for May intake. I have question relating financial/bank statement. I have around 20 Lac in my Bank account since five months and to top up my balance, I sold one of two plots and a house in Islamabad, i have in my name, for 45 lac last week and deposited in my account. I have all documents of plot ownership and sale deed etc. This makes a balance of 65 Lac in my account.
In this case, should i still wait for four months to complete and then get PoF/bank statement and apply or i can apply immediately and it is safe as regards to funds/bank balance requirement.

I am applying single and my master degree fee is CAD 22000 for two years. Is 65 Lac sufficient amount to support my education and living as per IRCC rules?

I think you should pay first-year tution fees from this account.
That will put you in a very strong situation.

i have a relatively low CGPA(2.7)so as of now ive only found these 2 universities who accept low cgpa students.
should i go for one of them?

No i didn't get any mail from cic but got from vsf.

If they had to reject it they wouldnt have asked for your passport. Keep calm your visa is on your way. Congratulations
