I have been refused recently on afew points.
I am applying again next week.
I have written a brief letter in response to all the points raised on refusal letter.
Shall I write another study plan as well?
Course is starting in May 18.

Any advice ???

Bank statement is 35000 dollars for last 8 months. Occasionally has been touching 40000.

Plus there is a bank draft of 15000 dollars on my name.
Will that be enough to prove...
Any suggestions welcome here..

If you are clear on the points of rejection then you can apply again, else better go for CIAPS notes first

I did read many old threads here and it’s normal i think that people get study permit after there university join date has passed. I think we will have to defer and go in next semester(intake).

My main question is that I Have a 7 years gap in my studies and now I am planning to continue my studies again in these 7 year I worked as a professional mostly in bank and since last 5 year I am in dubai.. Is their any requirement like the gap shall be not more thn 5 years or anything like that ? please help

Did you get a call for medical before refusal?

No medical call.
Medical cal often means visa approval.

There’s no such requirement but you need to justify the gap to the visa officer

May I ask from where did you get your Qualification assesment from and what was it? I did my MEng from imperial and the assesment I got was bachelors of 3 or more yrs and a graduate diploma.....They downgraded my masters degree

Your master degree is of 16 years?
If yes then they have rightly assessed it. International master is minimum 17 years. 15-16 years is bachelor degree
