Yeah I have a very strong case except that I am going to be 40 next month and have 8 years gap bw b.com and MA and then 9 years gap till now. Besides, I applied for whole family together .
I discussed this with some friends who are now on PR and they have been working on their cases with consultants closely. They said, which is logical to me, that visa officer can confirm the transactions and opening and closing balance from your statement from the bank but can’t ask anything beyond that period. That means you can s safely withdraw funds.
However, the hurdle is that if your application is rejected for any reason and you wanna apply again, your statement will not be favourable even if you redeposit the funds as the six months statement will be showing that you withdrew the amount after submission of application.
So my advice will be to hold your balance till the final decision and I think it will not take long now.
As long as your documents prove that you and your family will go back to Pakistan you’ll get the visa. But If you are taking your whole family what about your children education
Children education is free there dear.
And yes , with regard to return home question, I have very strong case which I shall share once final decision is made on my file
But do check provincial regulations about kids free education for international students as they very from province to province
