If you are lucky then yes. Otherwise it can take upto 3 months. Current processing time for Pakistan is 12 weeks.

It does. It makes your case strong if you apply with good ielts. But many friends of mine got their visas without ielts too.

Have you done medical upfront? If no, then they will ask you to do so if you are eligible for study permit.
