AOA, I completed 95 days since my AOR today . BG check started on 12th may (39 days passed). , CIC received data is Feb 1, 2017 (139 days) Still Waiting for Medical , Visa office is London, Any idea how should i wait more

Hi i have two degrees from Pakistan :
Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) 4 years degree -WES equate it to Bachelors 3 years
Master of Science (Computer Science) 2 years degree- WES equate to Bachelors 4 years
Total 18 years of education
How become Masters is equal to Bachelors ? :S
WES is not responding at all.
