by the grace of ALLAH I got email from chc-isb today saying your study permit has approved.
and got call from TCS visatronix to collect my passport tomorrow ....Inshallah will collect it tomorrow

I want to share my visa process status and need some suggestions as well as I have been rejected today !!
I was reading the posts yesterday and wanted to get the best out of it as I received the email yesterday from CIC that my processed passport has been dispatched from Canadian embassy Islamabad on 19/11/2013. I got the call today to receive my passport.

I knew the moment when I received the email from CIC that my application was rejected!!

Let me first share my profile.

1- I had my Bachelors in Computer Science (4 yrs) from Karachi.
2- CGPA 3.2
3- IELTS overall 7.0
4- I have 5 years of working experience and still working in a multi-national firm.
5- I got the admission in University of Windsor. Program (Masters in Computer Engineering)
6- Fees and living expense Sponsored by my Father.
7- Already paid 15000 CAD to University as a tuition fee.
8- Bank Statement of my father having 75000 USD worth.
9- Property of 1 crore 25 lacs in the name of my father and mother.
10- My personal bank account 5 lacs 60 K (current).
11- My personal Asset Corolla Altis car worth rupees 11 lacs.
12- My current Salary 1 lac 35 thousand.
13- I gave my last 6 months salary slips.
14- I have a life insurance policy of 20 lacs, out of which i have already paid 4 lacs 40 thousand. I provided that too.
15- Recently I visited london, UK on official trip and still have valid visa.

My application was rejected due to the reason that the counselor was not satisfied with my personal assets and financial status !

Sharjeel, Hannan and other experienced guys,
Any suggestions for me as I want to reapply ! What should I provide them with so that they can have faith in my financial situations.

Bro did u add affidavit of ur sponsor stating that they will support u,, their income,, their income tax returns (optional),, their current job status,, etc,,

My Dear Bro, After Studying your case Deeply i didn't find anything reason of your rejection except your Own Statement.

If a Student is Fresh Graduate and His father Sponsor Him and Show His Statement of Account They Accept him.

I Can see that you GOT 5 Years of Experience and a Handsome Salary package of 135000 which is More than Enough to Sponsor yourself.

The Only Mistake you Did is You Showed your Father's Statement Because at This Stage You are Indpendent and You are no More a Person to Be Sponsored.

To Address this Problem you need to Keep the amount " 75000 USD " in Your Own Account and Explain them that you Got it from Your Job and Your Father Helped in that.

I Didn't fine any other Reason for your Rejection.

Just Do What i Said and i am sure He will get satisfied

Well that's a very good point,, I think u can transfer the property to ur name too ,, as waseem said ur quite grown up ,, but still I am confused about ur rejection,, I mean parents can sponsor their son whenever they want,, I must say ur profile is very good ,, apply as soon as possible,, u will surely get it,,

You are Right but Thinking Professionally in Pakistan Father Don't Support Normally When a SON Gets his Job.

Other Point is... He Showed his Personal Account Statement Which is 5 LACS which Counts Alot.

He Shouldn't have Shown It Or Shown it With All His Expenses.

Visa Office Just Counted His Personal's Account Statement and Rejected Him Straight Away.

You are Right but Thinking Professionally in Pakistan Father Don't Support Normally When a SON Gets his Job.

Other Point is... He Showed his Personal Account Statement Which is 5 LACS which Counts Alot.

He Shouldn't have Shown It Or Shown it With All His Expenses.

Visa Office Just Counted His Personal's Account Statement and Rejected Him Straight Away.

Yes coz he showed the main sponsor to be himself and in that case he didn't have sufficient finances. He either transfer all his dads money to his account or just ask his dad to sponsor.
