I doubt it, though I firmly believe that is the case. I called VFS-Islamabad (+92-51-8439344) a short while ago and they did not have any information and just like me, he was pretty sure that the CHC is closed . Anyway, VFS gave me CHC's number (+92-51-2086000) to see if they answer. I tried this number but no luck so far.

Not so helpful to call on CHC's number. Its not operator based. I can be certain that whenever the retards leave Islambad something would be done. Till then, Im off to bed.

I called Canadian Honorary Consulate in Lahore (+92-42-35781763) and they confirmed that the CHC is open today. So lets hope they deliver today
