what it means as i got my medical call and medical also done on 11 June

I need to that where do we have to submit our passport once we receive an online request for passport submission ? Directly to the Canadian high commission Islamabad or to the VAC office. Also please tell me that getting a passport submission request means visa have been approved or are there any chances of rejection.

i have 2.5 cgpa in BSIT what if i done ielts with 7 bands overall, i am so willing to go their, isn't their any chance for me?
